First course - Hot tea..... flavored  or English Breakfast

Second Course -Serving of Soup Dujour such as Fresh Cool Strawberry or BlueberrySoup on a summer day or a hot soup on a cooler afternoon cream of Tomato or Chestnut ( starting in December)winter months only
Third Course  - Fresh Garden or Mediterranean salad with choice of 2  dressings.

 Fourth Course - an assortment of  3 tea sandwiches per person, such as: cucumber and chive butter, prosciutto and avocado, curry chicken salad with grapes, pecans or almonds, vegetable cream cheese sandwich, Olive Tapenade and Tomato, Basil and Feta,.. Salmon, Tuna or Ham Salad ....

Fifth Course -  Desserts.... The culmination of your Afternoon Tea such as: English Trifle, Assorted Mini Cheese cakes, Chocolate cream brownies,  Citrus Chiffons, Lemon Squares, Cinnamon Scones, Mini Cannoli or Rice Pudding..... whatever is the offering of the day.
