First course -

 Unlimited Hot tea..... Flavored or English Breakfast

Second Course -Serving of Soup DuJour such as Fresh Cool Chantilly Strawberry or Blueberry Soup

spicy Gazpacho on a summer day or a hot soup on a cooler afternoon.
Third Course  - 

Mediterranean  Salad with Organic Mixed Greens, feta cheese, olives and tomato with a choice of dressings or Arugula salad with shaved parmesan and Champagne vinaigrette

 Fourth Course

An assortment of  tea sandwiches such as: Ham Salad, Cucumber and Smoked salmon with chive butter, and capers Prosciutto and avocado, Curry chicken salad with pecans or almonds, Vegetable cream cheese sandwich, Olive Tapenade and Tomato Basil and Mozzarella.  Salmon salad with Horseradish......

Fifth Course

 Desserts.... The culmination of your Afternoon Tea such as: English Trifle, Cheese cake, Chocolate cream brownies,  Citrus Chiffons, Lemon Squares, Mini Cannoli...... Cinnamon Scones.
